Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Seaford Center in Seaford, DE. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
