Join our team at Seaford Center in Seaford, DE, as a Registered Nurse - RN. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients/residents.
Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care, and administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
- Establish realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $43.00 per hour.
