School-Based Mental Health Clinician

Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, the School-Based Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for coordinating and delivering services for students at Howell Mountain Elementary and Pope Valley Union Elementary.
Services delivered include behavioral health assessment & screening, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and care coordination. Coordination and partnership with the students, families, site administration, school teams, county agencies, and community-based providers will be required.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver mental health services for students at two elementary schools
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and screenings
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans
- Collaborate with students, families, and school teams to provide comprehensive care
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing direct services to students and case management
- Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
