Job Summary

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a member of our care team, you will provide nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to clients in a crisis stabilization unit
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Administer medications and provide support to clients as needed
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for client care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred
