Industrial Vehicle Technicians receive a competitive hourly wage starting at $41.875, with potential increases to a top rate of $42.075 after three months of continuous employment, along with applicable shift, overtime, and holiday pay.

Physical requirements include the ability to perform trade tasks, stand for extended periods, walk unassisted, work at heights, and manipulate tools commonly used in the trade. Tasks may involve reaching, lifting, twisting, bending, and operating powered material handling vehicles. Candidates should be able to navigate vehicles, equipment, assembly lines, and facilities effectively.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have completed a recognized apprenticeship program, possess at least 8 years of relevant experience, or have a combination of experience and training equivalent to an apprenticeship in the trade.
Essential knowledge and experience include:
- Repair and maintenance of all powered industrial vehicles within the facility (e.g., Yale forklifts & Cushman carriers).
- Repair and maintenance of Cummings Diesel pumps.
- Maintenance of PMHV batteries and chargers.
- Repair and maintenance of fire pumps within the facility.
- Mechanical expertise, particularly in electrical diagnostics and parts repair/replacement for forklifts and burden carriers.
- Understanding of safety protocols at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
