Job Description

We are a global leader in the automotive industry, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Chief Engineer for Iconic Vehicles. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicles that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Quality and Cost Delivery: You will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Product Development: You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to develop new products that meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Global Program Management: You will be responsible for managing global vehicle programs, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Engineering and Design Expertise: You will bring your expertise in engineering and design to our team, helping to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
  5. Quality and Cost Improvement: You will work to identify and implement opportunities for quality and cost improvement in our products and processes.
Qualifications
  1. Engineering Degree: You will have a degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. Engineering and Design Experience: You will have experience in engineering and design, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
  3. Program Delivery and Launch Experience: You will have experience in delivering and launching vehicle programs, with a strong understanding of the complexities involved.
  4. Product Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of product development disciplines and be able to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
  5. Leadership and Communication Skills: You will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
