Conveyor Belt Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Maintenance Professional to join our team at Transco Northwest Inc. With 50 years of experience in supplying material handling systems across various industrial applications, we value our employees and their family time.
We promote healthy communication, productive teamwork, integrity, and professionalism throughout our organization. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to train as a helper in vulcanizing rubber conveyor belts and potentially advance to a lead role.
Regular travel is required, and candidates must be able to adapt to changing work schedules. On average, we work 35-60 hours per week, traveling from Northern California to Washington. You can expect to be home 3-4 nights a week and stay in hotels for the remainder of your time on the road.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent teamwork and communication skills. A valid driver's license, passing background check and drug test, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift 50 pounds or more are also essential requirements.
