Industrial Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team at Mid Oregon Personnel. In this role, you will operate machinery, assemble pre-hung units, and maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality products.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the cross-functional team to achieve common goals.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently, lift 30-60 lbs regularly, and occasionally lift 60+ lbs.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including reading and comprehending specifications, templates, and production schedules.
- Education and Experience: Basic reading and writing skills, ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, and experience working with hand and power tools.
This position offers a salary of $19.35-$23 per hour, plus a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
