About the Role:

The Spa Director is a key member of the Arch Amenities Group team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa facility. This includes establishing and meeting budget and financial goals, implementing strategic plans for marketing and staff training, and serving as a liaison to other revenue centers on property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient facility operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to meet guest needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage facility maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet budgetary goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spa services with hotel operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in spa operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations, including marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office products.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

Working Conditions:

  • Varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Medium work environment, with occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Exposure to noise, vibrations, extreme temperatures, and other environmental hazards.
