Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop logistics processes and systems
  • Ensure efficient material flow across our logistics network
  • Implement GDP and GMP compliant logistics processes
  • Manage daily operations of inbound, outbound, intercompany, and sample shipments
  • Act as local SAP key user for Logistics and Distribution activities
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Service Providers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are being met
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in supply chain/logistics, engineering, or management/business administration
  • 8-10 years of experience in various Distribution/Logistics functions and Supply Chain
  • Strong preference for Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience
  • Experience working in a cGMP and cGDP environment with a good understanding of the Pharma industry & Supply Chain
  • Experience with Cold Chain Transportation Products is a plus
  • Working knowledge of GDP and relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Experience in SAP or related ERP system is required
  • Experience of logistics software (transport management system, visibility tools)
  • APICS certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)) is a plus
