Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in ticket sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends, product offerings, and sales strategies to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of sales experience in a sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
