We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Mental Health Recovery Adult unit.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
