We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
