The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a RN on our 50-bed Mental Health Recovery Adult unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote recovery and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
