Farm Equipment Repair Specialist

Join Kingline Equipment Inc. as an Agricultural Machinery Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a variety of agricultural and construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on tractors, compact construction machinery, mowers, small engines, and other related equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify equipment issues with efficiency and precision.
- Utilize advanced electronic service tools provided by the dealership.
- Enhance your technical and product knowledge through ongoing training offered by the dealership and manufacturers.
- Ensure quality in your work by demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, reporting any unsafe conditions, and using equipment responsibly.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by working positively with other departments.
- Follow directives from management and respond promptly to instructions.
- Uphold the company’s values with integrity in all tasks.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Be physically capable of lifting and handling loads up to 70 lbs.
- Maintain good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for effective diagnostics.
Daily Duties:
- Execute repairs within the established timeframes based on flat rate or billed time, ensuring accurate diagnosis.
- Keep your work area organized and clean, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the shop.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
- Address customer needs promptly and manage challenging situations effectively.
- Complete and submit detailed work orders.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Review and study all relevant product repair updates.
- Report any defective equipment or hazards to the shop supervisor.
- Engage in weekly meetings with the supervisor to discuss repair trends and service challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience - categorized into Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
