Heavy Equipment Maintenance Mechanic

As an Agricultural Machinery Technician at Kingline Equipment Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of various agricultural and construction machinery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on tractors, compact construction machinery, mowers, small engines, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize dealer-provided electronic service tools for diagnostics.
- Enhance technical knowledge through ongoing training sessions offered by the dealership and manufacturers.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, promoting quality in your work.
- Adhere to safety protocols, reporting any unsafe conditions, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with colleagues across departments.
- Follow management directives promptly and effectively.
- Uphold company values with integrity in all interactions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Capable of lifting and managing heavy loads, up to 70 lbs.
- Possess good vision (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for effective diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute repairs within the designated timeframes, ensuring accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the shop.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with coworkers, vendors, and clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage challenging situations with professionalism.
- Complete and submit detailed work orders for all tasks performed.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Review and study all relevant product repair updates.
- Report any defective equipment or safety hazards to the shop supervisor.
- Engage in weekly meetings with supervisors to discuss repair trends and service challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience, categorized into Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.
