Job Description

As a Critical Care Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
