Join DAVITA's Outpatient Dialysis Team

We are seeking a compassionate Dialysis Nurse - Patient Care Specialist to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in our outpatient dialysis center. As a member of our team, you will build meaningful relationships with patients, support their unique treatment plans, and oversee patient observations with the help of PCTs.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with PCTs to conduct patient observations and support patient treatment plans
  • Float to various clinics during and after training, requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Work closely with patients and their families to build meaningful relationships

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
