Nurse in Outpatient Dialysis

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 1+ years of experience in a dialysis setting (preferably)
