The Client Relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing case staffing and delivering administrative support to the ownership and management teams. Collaborating closely with our Recruitment and Retention Director and Community Care Liaison, we foster a supportive team environment where every member contributes to our collective success. Generations Home Care, LLC values and recognizes the hard work of our entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle all inquiries from clients and caregivers
  • Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for caregivers
  • Build strong relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Manage and triage calls from caregivers, clients, and prospects
  • Ensure caregiver compliance with our scheduling system
  • Lead initiatives for our Veteran Services, including a bonus program
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate database and file information for caregivers and clients
  • Work with the leadership team to meet client staffing requirements
  • Provide updates to Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director, and Community Care Liaison
  • Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis, including weekends (Weekend Bonus Pay)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in scheduling or staffing, preferably in home care or healthcare
  • Familiarity with VA home care program authorizations is advantageous
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues
  • Proficient in basic computer software; experience with ClearCare is a plus
  • Flexible, reliable, and a true team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000-$53,000 annually with potential earnings exceeding $55,000

Supplemental Pay: Bonus staffing program and weekend bonuses for on-call duties
