Job Overview

ARMStrong Receivable Management stands as a premier entity in the realm of debt recovery and financial solutions. We are currently in search of a Phone Auditor to enhance our operational capabilities. The role involves conducting both incoming and outgoing calls to facilitate audits of insurance premiums related to Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend and apply essential guidelines during the completion of premium audits.
  • Engage with insured individuals and agents through daily calls.
  • Execute audits in accordance with relevant rules and regulations pertaining to specific class codes, states, and clients.
  • Communicate with policyholders, CPAs, and bookkeepers to collect necessary information.
  • Maintain a target of 35 billable hours weekly for Full-Time and 17.5 billable hours for Part-Time positions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications, word processing, and email communication.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial documents and tax reports.
  • Experience in bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual compensation range of $30,940 to $35,000, based on experience.
