Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to store associates to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Team Management: Train, schedule, and coach store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to meet customer service needs.
  • Store Operations: Work closely with the store manager to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License: A valid New York State driver's license is required.
  • Availability: Open availability is required to meet the demands of the store.
  • Relocation: Relocatable to a location within 45 minutes of the store.
