Job Title: Administrative Associate 3

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Administrative Associate 3 to join our team at Kitsap Transit.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes coordinating projects, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with special projects, including research and data analysis
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
