We are seeking a full-time Certified Respiratory Care Specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer oxygen therapy using devices and techniques as prescribed by a physician. Provide respiratory medications as directed by a physician.
  • Set up and maintain mechanical ventilation as ordered by a physician.
  • Assist in the weaning process and discontinuation as instructed by a physician.
  • Evaluate resident conditions and deliver appropriate therapy/treatments.
  • Perform tracheostomy care, including tube changes as prescribed by a physician and/or facility policy.
  • Conduct airway management and suctioning.
  • Educate and prepare patients and families prior to discharge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid CA CRT/RRT license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
Pay Range: $30-$32
