Responsibilities:


Your key responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining all aspects of guest rooms, such as making beds, sanitizing bathroom fixtures, removing soiled linens, replenishing guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors, and more.


You will be accountable for completing daily room assignments, addressing guest requests and inquiries, reporting maintenance concerns, managing lost and found items, and responding to team leaders' directives. You may also be assigned deep cleaning projects as needed.

It is essential to ensure that all designated areas, which may encompass hallways, pool areas, video rooms, banquet spaces, stairways, public restrooms, public areas, lobby spaces, elevators, fitness centers, linen closets, vending machines, and outdoor pathways, are cleaned daily according to Knott's Berry Farm standards.

You will work with cleaning agents following all safety protocols outlined in the safety data sheets (SDS) and utilize cleaning equipment in accordance with departmental safety guidelines. Personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used as necessary.



Completing additional projects as assigned by supervisors is also part of your role.

Qualifications:
While previous experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capability to work between the hours of 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet operational needs.
Must be able to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, in accordance with Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Must be able to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, in accordance with Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
