Airmart Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while developing and implementing strategies to achieve our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with a strong background in aircraft sales and luxury assets. You will be expected to hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates, as well as manage the CRM system to ensure effective deal tracking and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop the sales team to utilize the developed sales plan in order to reach corporate goals
  • Hiring and Training: Hire Sales Associates, along with the Sales Associate Manager, and Sales Executives
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM is being utilized by the Sales Team effectively by reviewing weekly the progress of deals within the Pipeline
  • Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the Sales Team's performance, focusing on daily activities such as requirements listed in KPI standards
  • Collaboration: Work directly with Sales Executives to manage deals, strategize on conversions, and create seamless support for both the customer and the Sales Executives

Requirements:
  • 5 years - Sales Management Experience - REQUIRED
  • Professional sales skills, especially aircraft sales, and/or luxury assets
  • Solid in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Critical thinker
  • Clear communicator (written and spoken)
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Strong leadership/management skills

Working Conditions:
45 hours per week minimum
8:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F
Every other Saturday required.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
