We are seeking a seasoned Brewery Logistics and Strategy Leader to join our team at Mirror Twin Brewing LLC in Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our bar managers to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive reports on sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance, as well as designing and maintaining dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will have the opportunity to lead and partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement new initiatives. This may include collaborating with our brewing and production teams to optimize inventory management and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  • Create comprehensive reports on sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance
  • Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement new initiatives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Food & Beverage experience, with at least 4 years of managing a F&B operation
  • Strong financial data acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with inventory management and methodologies
  • Knowledge of craft beer styles and the customer experience in a craft beer environment
