Job Title: Aviation Sales Representative

Airmart Inc is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a warm sales pipeline by contacting potential customers who are more than 60 days away from making a purchasing decision. Additionally, they will be required to update information about budgets, mission profiles, timelines, and more into the CRM, as well as maintain accurate contact history and updates of CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Updates information about budgets, mission profiles, timelines, and more into the CRM
• Maintains perpetual contact cycle with customers by scheduling appropriate future tasks
• Communicates newly activated leads to the appropriate Sales Executive
• Maintain accurate contact history and updates of CRM.
• Well documented contact history in Pipedrive.
• Minimum of 40+ phone calls daily.
• Ferries planes as needed (if applicable).

Requirements:
• Proficient at data mining within the database to propel sales
• Skills such as a professional phone personality, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, and working knowledge of CRM are required
• Excellent follow up skills and natural listener are essential
