Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead in the Ready-to-Eat section, you will:

  • Assist the Supervisor in guiding team members towards achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.
  • Support the Supervisor by actively participating in production line tasks, organizing materials, and directing associates.
  • Train new employees and maintain accurate production records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong commitment to high standards and the ability to inspire others to meet those standards.
  • Effective delegation and empowerment skills.
  • The capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience and energy to handle stress effectively.
  • The ability to train new team members.
  • Proficiency in performing at least 50% of the roles within the department at production speed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, along with prior experience in the food industry.
