Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will assist the Supervisor in guiding team members within the Ready-to-Eat sector to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Supervisor by engaging in production line activities
  • Organizing materials and supplies effectively
  • Directing production line personnel
  • Training new team members
  • Documenting production metrics

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A strong personal drive and the ability to inspire similar standards in others
  • Effective delegation and empowerment skills
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High energy levels and resilience under pressure
  • Experience in training new employees
  • Ability to perform 50% of departmental tasks at production speed

Preferred Experience:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous, along with prior experience in the food sector.
