Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance menu offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to plan menus, estimate food consumption, and manage inventory.
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure they meet company standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, labor costs, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a supervisory capacity in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management staff, and guests in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a focus on generating a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
  • Valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
