In this role, you will report directly to the shift supervisor and play a crucial part in the effective assembly of our products. Utilizing various tools and equipment, you will ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Collaboration with the production team is essential to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and execute detailed work orders.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while upholding a professional demeanor to meet production demands.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality protocols established by Atkore.
  • Complete necessary production and labor documentation accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read measuring tools, operate hand tools, and manage product handling.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40lbs.

Within the First Three Months, You Will:

  • Complete initial training requirements.
  • Develop skills to troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Assist the production team with equipment changeovers, setups, and quality inspections.
