The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems, software training, and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business unit requirements, develop and validate business processes, and serve as a liaison to facilitate vendor-customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Manage, track, and document project progress
  • Work with vendors and IT technical analysts to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with diverse groups of people while exhibiting cultural sensitivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computers, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related
  • 3-6 years of experience working with business systems, software training, or similar
  • Experience with non-profit organizations a plus
