Job Summary:
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team of patient advocates. As a Caregiver, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, while also collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assistance to clients as needed, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
* Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
* Monitor client safety and report any concerns or incidents to the healthcare team
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
* Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
