Healthcare Support Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of our Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse/Staff LPN.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Assist LPNs and staff RNs in delivering patient care, ensuring each individual receives the highest quality nursing support.

2. Promote cooperative working relationships with colleagues on the assigned unit and other hospital departments.

3. Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and services.

 

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* One year of experience as a nursing assistant is preferred, but not required.

* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or enrollment in an accredited nursing program is highly valued.

 

Benefits:

Salary Range:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
