As a compassionate full-time Care Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, recognizing their individual needs and promoting independence.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive care and engage residents in meaningful conversations
  • Assist residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes
  • Support residents with daily tasks and promote independence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A compassionate and caring attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $12.16 - $15.20 per hour, depending on experience.
