Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Hamilton Health Care System. As a Critical Care Nurse - Radiology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient care before, during, and after invasive diagnostic or interventional procedures.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist performing physicians during procedures by maintaining sterile fields and providing safe and effective patient care. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide safe and effective patient care before, during, and after invasive procedures
* Maintain sterile fields during procedures
* Assist performing physicians during procedures
* Participate in performance improvement activities
* Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care

Requirements

* Graduate of an approved school of nursing, radiologic technology, or registered cardiovascular invasive specialist
* Current Tennessee license required
* BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS certification must be acquired within 6 months if not already certified)

What We Offer

* Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year of critical care or emergency room clinical experience. Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Cardiac Services Director.
