Automotive Porter

Jerry's Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Porter to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are properly merchandised and prepared for display to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to move vehicles around the dealership lot, ensuring they are displayed in a visually appealing manner.
• Assist in tracking vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepare vehicles for display by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and performing other necessary tasks.
• Ensure buyer guides and stock tags are properly placed in vehicles, adhering to company and government guidelines.
• Drive vehicles to and from various locations as assigned, demonstrating proficiency in both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
• Conduct quality control inspections of all vehicles, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Immediately report any vehicles requiring maintenance to the service department.
