We are seeking an entry-level Chocolatier. The Chocolate Production Assistant will acquire foundational knowledge in all aspects of chocolate making. Your responsibilities and opportunities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Tempering cocoa butter
  • Preparing and baking cookies for our confections and bonbons
  • Handling bonbons with precision and care
  • Piping fillings with consistent quality
