* Training from a culinary school is an asset.
* Proven experience as a Pastry Cook 2 to 3 years.
* Pastry production, hotel or catering experience is a plus.
* Possesses a Food handlers License.
* Strong organizational skills: ability to manage priorities and workflow.
* Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
* Knowledge of cooking techniques.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to lift or push 50 #.
* Very good physical condition and endurance.
