Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with pre-qualified leads, promoting our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product, and assisting with the origination process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Promote the HELOC product by generating and presenting proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the product.
  • Assist with collecting and reviewing customer financial documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with Loan Processors to ensure a smooth origination process.
  • Exceed sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to obtaining the Mortgage Loan Originator license.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Compensation

This position offers a base hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, plus monthly uncapped commission based on personal performance.
