Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

Northwell Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing clinical services, systems, and performance improvement activities that promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to establish nursing care standards and evaluate staff compliance.
  • Facilitate effective provision of support services essential to patient care, maintaining a safe and caring environment.
  • Develop department goals and objectives to support institutional values and goals, with input from staff.
  • Provide intramural and extramural education for professional staff related to patient care and equipment usage.
  • Monitor indicators of clinical process indicators, system issues, and outcomes related to patient care quality.
  • Serve as a clinical liaison to hospital administration and coordinate with doctor's offices for smooth throughput.
  • Assist in organizing and documenting compliance with governmental, regulatory requirements, and oversee data collection and protection.
  • Participate in research and protocol design, data collection, analysis, and publication efforts, and develop clinical systems at the community, state, and national levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, with current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State, plus specialized certifications as needed.
  • 5-7 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience required.
