Job Summary

All Pointe Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Staff member to join our team.

This role requires a minimum of 20 years old (or 21 years old for Therapeutic/Transitional programs) with at least 1-year experience working with individuals with disabilities or youth/families respectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include providing direct support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and youth, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve client goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 20 years old (or 21 years old for Therapeutic/Transitional programs).
  • At least 1-year experience working with individuals with disabilities or youth/families respectively.
  • First aid and CPR certifications.
  • PMT certification (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
