Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and holidays. Our 401(k) Savings Plan with employer contributions ensures your financial security.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform daily inspections.
  • Manage a customer base of 50+ stops per day, using our application-based handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.
  • Efficiently manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
  • Complete service calls and resolve customer issues to develop strong relationships.
  • Protect company assets, including equipment and customer payments.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and upsell our products.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hold a CDL Class B license.
  • Ability to adhere to Primo Water's Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills, as well as math abilities.
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Some traveling required based on company needs.
