Healthcare Administrator for Youth Programs

About Our Organization: Codman Square Health Center is a respected healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services to the Randolph community. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate administrator to lead our child health equity initiative as the Healthcare Administrator for Youth Programs.

Job Description: The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs aimed at advancing health equity for youth in Randolph. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, government agencies, schools, and community groups to promote program goals and advance health equity.
  • Youth Recruitment & Leadership Development: Collaborate with the Youth Health Advisory Council and other stakeholders to identify and select Randolph High School students and other local youth to participate in the program.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze community health data, surveys, and needs assessments to inform program decisions and report findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • Residency/Community Knowledge: Candidate must reside in Randolph, MA or possess significant knowledge of the Randolph community.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, public health, or community-based programming, with expertise in health equity initiatives, data analysis, grant proposals, and program development.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
