May Institute is a leading provider of education and clinical services for children, adults, and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Randolph, MA location.

Salary

The estimated hourly salary for this position is between $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Job

This part-time position averages around 20 hours a week and involves various administrative duties such as:

  • Create and maintain student record books, including filing all paperwork accurately, updating information on rosters, labels, emails lists, and databases, processing and closing out charts at students' discharge.
  • Report monthly attendance to school district and work closely with various departments to ensure all information is accurate.
  • Responsible for outgoing mail and dispersion of incoming mail, maintaining and keeping track of quarterly mailing of student quarterly progress reports.
  • Collect and track weekly parent communication documentation from residential programs.
  • Work closely with the records department to process documents for SSD requests and other records requests.
  • Go-to person for various administrative duties and special projects as assigned by school leadership.
  • Maintain staff and family contact information on different databases.
  • Coverage for receptionist/front office as needed.
