Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair or replace malfunctioning equipment components utilizing hand and power tools.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of machinery and facility systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance of drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters.
  • Employ a range of tools, from hand tools to precision instruments and testing devices.
  • Assemble, install, or repair electrical systems, piping, plumbing, and machinery.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues using schematics and repair manuals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Follow established processes for product safety and quality assurance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a dairy or pasteurization environment.
  • Motivation and Leadership: Highly driven with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Capable of operating all necessary equipment for manufacturing processes.
  • Data Management: Familiar with data management software.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Strong grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
  • Leadership Mindset: Proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive.

Compensation: Starting at $28 per hour plus a $3 shift premium for night shifts.
