Help Desk Professional

We are expanding our team of technical support experts at The Garam Group and are seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company that values its employees and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues, manage ticket queues, and implement effective solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing tickets using Autotask, monitoring endpoints using AEM, performing workstation and laptop builds, configuring new phones, deploying phones, managing antivirus systems, and providing behind-the-scenes work for clients.
To excel in this role, you should have three years of experience working in technical support, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, and a retirement account.
