We are currently seeking a skilled Maternal Healthcare Specialist to join our team at one of our esteemed facilities in the United States.

Estimated Salary: $2,036.11 per week

This position involves providing high-quality patient care as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assess progress during labor, and assist with pain management techniques to ensure a safe and comfortable birthing experience.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized birth plans and interventions.
• Assist with childbirth, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Educate and support mothers and their families during the postpartum period, providing breastfeeding assistance, newborn care instruction, and emotional support for the transition to parenthood.

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS (Other certifications as required by facility)
• Two years of recent labor and delivery nursing experience
