Role Summary:

Templar Electric is in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operational branch. The selected candidate will undertake various clerical tasks aimed at enhancing time management and promoting employee wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily approval of all timecards.
  • Inputting all forms of leave, including PTO, vacation, and sick time into the payroll system.
  • Assisting employees with clocking in and out when necessary.
  • Managing documentation related to employee write-ups, terminations, and incidents.
  • Completing and submitting personnel change forms.
  • Finalizing the New Hire Checklist and forwarding it to the HR manager for onboarding.
  • Reporting and documenting any incidents to the HR manager as required.
  • Directing all inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, and sick leave to the HR manager.
  • Facilitating the setup of gas cards for employees when needed.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all sensitive information.
