Role Summary:
Templar Electric is in search of a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operational branch. The selected candidate will undertake various clerical tasks aimed at enhancing time management and promoting employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily approval of all timecards.
- Inputting all forms of leave, including PTO, vacation, and sick time into the payroll system.
- Assisting employees with clocking in and out when necessary.
- Managing documentation related to employee write-ups, terminations, and incidents.
- Completing and submitting personnel change forms.
- Finalizing the New Hire Checklist and forwarding it to the HR manager for onboarding.
- Reporting and documenting any incidents to the HR manager as required.
- Directing all inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, and sick leave to the HR manager.
- Facilitating the setup of gas cards for employees when needed.
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Ensuring confidentiality of all sensitive information.
